As a Shift Manager, you will be asked to independently lead, oversee daily operations of the shop, as well as provide training and mentorship to team members. Success in this role will be through organization and execution of high-level customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a team of 20+ employees
• Assist in training and development of new hires
• Cash handling and reporting
• Ensure Core Values are upheld by team
• Ensure highest standard of guest service
• Meet and exceed all aspects of health and safety of the team

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent job experience in related field
• 1-3 years of management experience
• Ability to multi-task and work on projects simultaneously
• Dedication to impacting results...with a "whatever it takes" attitude
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Must take drug and background tests
• Availability to work evenings, and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12-$16 hourly pay + tips (starting hourly pay is dependent on experience)

Work Location: Flexibility to work at our Cary & Raleigh locations
