We’ve been catering across Raleigh, Durham, and Cary at Andia’s since before we opened the doors to our first retail shop. We offer a variety of catering options–from party-in-a-bag pickups to full-service sundae bars, complete with a variety of flavors, including vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free options. You don’t have to lift a finger or think twice about dessert when you hire Andia’s. We handle every detail and provide all serving utensils needed. Suitable for any size event, our pre-packaged services are available for pick-up or delivery to your door.
Package Options
Individually-wrapped cookie sandwiches: a variety of flavors in chocolate wafer cookies with and without sprinkles!
Premium cookie sandwiches: a variety of flavors in chocolate chip and sugar cookies, half-dipped in chocolate and rolled in a topping!
Pre-packaged cups of ice cream: Your choice from a variety of flavors!
Pre-scooped cups with toppings on the side: Your choice from a variety of flavors and topping options!
Full-Service Ice Cream Catering: Scoops and Sundae Bar
Enjoy your event stress-free knowing we have dessert handled. Our full-service catering comes with all staffing and supplies needed, so all you need to do is decide which flavor to enjoy a scoop of. Please note, we require a 50-person minimum for full-service events.
Our staff comes with our ice cream cart and scoops for each guest. Each package comes with several flavors of ice cream and one sorbet that you choose from our extensive list of options. Depending on the size of your event, we will bring enough scoopers to serve your group efficiently. Length of service varies depending on the number of guests.

Andia’s Catering FAQ’s
How far in advance do I need to book a catering event?
Minimum 7 days in advance to give our production crew a chance to make the flavors!
Is there a minimum number of people required at the event for full-service catering?
For our full-service packages, we require a minimum of 50 people.
What if someone at my event has severe allergies?
At Andia’s, we take allergies very seriously. We are happy to work with you to assure everyone can find something to enjoy safely at your event!
How many set ups and servers do I need for a 100 person wedding?
1 set-up and 2-3 servers, depending on the package.
Do we get charged based on the guest count or the people that get the ice cream?
You let us know the final count a week prior to the wedding and we edit the invoice to reflect the final guest count.
How long do you serve for a 100/150 person wedding?
For a 100-150 person wedding, we serve for one hour.
How far do you travel for a wedding?
At this point in time, we only do weddings in the Triangle.
Can we have monthly flavors at our wedding?
Unfortunately we do not offer monthly flavors for catering events due to the unpredictability of the flavors each month.
