We are unable to provide refunds if you cancel your order within 5 days of your pickup date. If you need to cancel your cake order, please email us at customcakes@andiasicecream.com.

Each individual contract states our catering cancellation policy. Please refer to your contract or reach out to our team for specific clarification questions.

We take allergies very seriously at Andia's Ice Cream, from our production facility all the way to our shops. In our facility, all ingredients are stored separately outside of our kitchen, and we pull flavors containing allergens only on the days they are produced. Every day our entire kitchen gets cleaned from top to bottom, and our equipment gets broken down every night and completely washed and sanitized. In our shops, please alert our team of an allergy and we will pull a fresh pan and a sanitized scoop from the back to avoid cross contamination from another flavor. All our flavors are labeled with allergens, and you are welcome to read through ingredients yourself if you ask our team. Please know we do our very best to minimize cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee it.
